The Carter BloodCare Bus will also be on-site collecting blood donations before and after the ceremony. While the annual 9/11 Blood Drive begins on Friday, September 10 at Prosper Town Hall, the Carter BloodCare Bus will move to Children’s Health Stadium on Saturday, September 11. Donations will be accepted from 7:30 a.m. – 5:35 p.m. on both days. You must sign up to donate for your preferred date and location.
