For the second time in Prosper head volleyball coach Erin Kauffman’s career, the Lady Eagles have advanced to the State finals.
“I couldn’t believe we had swept Lovejoy and were heading to State,” said senior Haley Killinger.
The events begin at the Garland ISD Curtis Culwell Center on Friday, November 17 at 3:00 p.m where the Lady Eagles will face Corpus Christi Tuloso-Midway High School in the opening game of the 5A Semifinals. The winner will play either Leander-Rouse or Aledo on Saturday in the 5A Finals at 4:00 p.m.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for students and parking is $9. Presale tickets are available online on the Curtis Culwell Center information page and ticket booths will open two hours prior to the first match.
A fan bus will be provided on Friday. Students will need a permission slip and $7 for a game ticket in order to board the bus.
As a reminder, the center adheres to the clear bag policy and prohibits items such as hanging signs, flash cameras, balloons, large flags and banners.
