Starting on December 26, Christmas Tree recycling in Prosper will take place at Tucker Park, located at 1454 E. First St. and will continue until January 12, 2025. The drop-off location will be accessible 24/7 and is free of charge for the disposal of natural “real” Christmas trees. Before dropping off your tree, kindly ensure the removal of all lights, ornaments, decorations, tinsel, garland, and any other non-organic materials. Please note that flocked trees will not be accepted at this collection site. If you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to the Parks and Recreation Department at 972-569-1160.
