Council paves way for creation of two Special Districts

By unanimous vote, the Prosper Town Council has put in motion a process that may result in the creation of two Special Districts which would utilize a portion of the sales and use tax for purposes of bolstering the Town’s public safety network. Establishment of the two districts would require voter approval.
