Come celebrate the opening of Prosper ISD’s third middle school at 14441 Hillcrest, Frisco. The school’s namesake, Bill Hays, was born and raised in Prosper and served as the Prosper Historical Society President and Town Historian. He wrote two books on the history of Prosper, as well as was a regular contributor of PROSPER Magazine.
