All of us are eager to have life back to normal. As we all well know, schools were upended this year and are pressed to spend the summer planning for more than one scenario for the fall – but planning we are!
Here in Prosper ISD, we are back to work and preparing for our staff and students. In fact, we are looking forward to our annual Teacher Convocation in August and it feels good. Though we have contingency plans, ALL plans include meeting together, inspiring our teachers, or bringing the appreciation of our community to those who teach our children. We are going to do just that!
As always, it takes our community support to make this happen well. We know every business is dealing with changes, but if you can be a part of this event in some way, I ask you to please consider it. We need gift cards, gift baskets and donated funds to make this a great day. We know everyone wants to see schools back to normal and teachers back in the classroom. With your support, we will kick off this school year in typical Prosper style, with appreciation, encouragement, and hearty community thanks.
