Ordinance prohibits fireworks within Town limits and ETJ

The excitement of ushering in the New Year can be fun and hopeful, but starting out 2018 with a citation from the Fire or Police Departments for violating the no fireworks ordinance can ruin any party. The Fire Marshal urges everyone to enjoy their New Year’s celebrations without that risk.
